Michelle Chrisp Kirkpatrick didn't arrive at Legacy Lead-Her™ by accident. She arrived by assignment. Her journey through adversity — seasons of grief, personal reinvention, spiritual warfare, and professional transition — became the very curriculum she now teaches women across the country.
Her Calling
From an early age, Michelle sensed a deep call to serve women — particularly those whose voices had been silenced by life's hardest chapters. That calling grew louder through her own healing journey, and it ultimately became the heartbeat of Legacy Lead-Her™.
